Department of Watershed Management: Emergency Road Closures

The Atlanta Department of Watershed Management (DWM) has issued active traffic advisories due to urgent infrastructure repairs. Motorists should expect delays and plan alternative routes for the following locations:

  • 4th Street NE: An emergency 24-hour road closure remains in effect at 239 4th Street NE, between Piedmont Avenue and Penn Avenue, for critical sewer mainline repairs.
  • Harry Brooks Drive NW: A temporary 24-hour closure is active near 2249 Harry Brooks Drive NW for ongoing sewer rehabilitation.

Atlanta Public Schools: Enrollment and Program Deadlines

Atlanta Public Schools (APS) announces the opening of several critical application windows starting today, Sunday, March 8.
